CRADLE TO CRADLE BANNED LIST OF CHEMICALS

We use the Cradle to Cradle Certified Banned List of Chemicals which bans the use of chemicals and substances that have inputs above 1000 ppm. The substances were selected for inclusion on the banned lists due to their tendency to accumulate in the biosphere and lead to irreversible negative human health effects. In addition, several substances were selected due to hazardous characteristics associated with their manufacture, use and disposal.

We are also a part of the ASBC Safer Chemicals Public Policy working group which meets in partnership with BizNGO. The group features in-depth analyses by policy experts, monitors federal and state chemical policy initiatives. The working group focuses on public policy initiatives at the state and federal level. The frame of the group's engagement is in 4 Principles for Safer Chemicals:
